Sad but true, I put them on the bus this morning at 8:15. I teared up saying goodbye to Ian and then kept it together until the bus pulled away. I couldn't look at anybody else I had to just keep walking after that. It has been rough most of the morning talking on the phone and trying to not watch the clock. Both kids were excited and ready to go to school and that is always a relief. It isn't even noon yet and I am ready for them to come home. All the complaining about getting them back to school and now I want them home. Ian made sure that Kylee sat with him on the bus and that made me feel much better. Kylee should be eating lunch by now and Ian getting ready to. I can't wait for them to get home so I can hear all about their days. More to come later. . . .

You have to post whether they came home with greens! (That is the topic of choice for Jaren, who just started school in Pike. And it made me remember how Ian used to always come home and tell us who got what color each day...)
I hope they had wonderful days! And can I just say, your kids look exactly like little mini versions of you and Cory!!
